intresting you'd associate time with a demon rather then god. but i like the twist...and the creeping shadowy sarong is a badass touch and the staff with the hourglass is definately a good idea for a weapon for her...everythings pretty solid sept the horns...somthing more dramatic would have been a nice touch...and glasses on a demon chick is just plain cute...

she's such a cool character too D: she lives in the 2nd lowest of level of the underworld with her master, and despite looking like the sluttiest girl there, she isn't, and all the others are. She stays with her master and obeys him just so she can learn his powers (he is a lord or the "keeper" of the 2nd lowest level of the underworld). There ends up being a huge love triangle thing going on there too
Also, in the story she is in (my "Gungrir"), she comes in the story to talk to Kai (the gay Shinigami, whose name will probably change, again) and Tyr (the main character) happens to be there and BAM, Tyr is like BAM *nose bleed* "what the fuck!?! where is her top!?!?!" and then he tries hitting on her only to fail, then he tries to get in her pants (or skirt in this case) only to get the shit beaten out of him her master. Ah good times...
Her power to control time doesn't have so much of a history with it (she was granted it when she died) but her back story is rather long, and really sad. Basically, she was the daughter of a high wizard, but didn't learn from her father because he was too busy to teach her. because of this she read a lot fo books to teach herself, but with little recorces and "wise addvice" she wasn't able to get too far, but eventually was able to manipulate time a bit (she was able to speed up her movement/slow down others movement with this art, as well as some other minor things). This lack of teaching from her father though eventually got her distance from the arts and decided to take up a hobbie of learning bojitsu from a passing monk from a far off asian country. Marked with the ability of making her seem lightning fast and with great bojitsu skills, she was unmatched by a lot of people, but had a bad reputation for being a woman and being able to fight, thus causing a bit of shame to her father. Disgraced by this she left (with some of his books) to seek a place where she could practice both her arts freely and have some fun with it in the process. One day a man came into the town she was living in and they battled, and he "owned her ass". Flustered and agrivated, she refused to leave him alone, and eventually they both kinda grew on each other, causing love. Then one day he left, leaving a sorry note, so she went to find him. When she found him she discovered he was a beserker, and had been destroying villages, and was afraid he'd hurt her. Anyway, he ends up killing himself and she promises she'll follow him, so after a month of perparing herself she kills herself. FInally she is granted to be a demon in hell and searches ages to find her lover. When she finds him his appearance is obviously distorted, but she still loves him. Unfortunately, he is in a rage with his appearance and how she was barely distorted and tries to kill her for her. Because of this she had to turn back time and kill him before anything would happen. Since she cannot turn back time so far and get away with it she had to sacrifice something to the time god, thus losing her eye.

Yea i could have fixed up the horns but i have this thing... with detail... where sometimes we dont get along. When I draw her again though, I'll be sure to fix up her horns *nods*

There is a god of time by the way, but in the story the gods are too busy to do anything (and dont head to mortal words) she is there for the mortals who wish to change something. Unfortunately, she must sacrifice something to the time god every time she uses her "extreme" magic or face dire consequinces from the time god. That is why she is missing one eye and why in the story, Tyr loses the colour from his eyes.
